INGREDIENTS
- 2 sachet OPTAVIA E Double Chocolate Brownie
- 1/2 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted
- 2 tbsp Cold Water
- 1 can Cooking spray
- 1 cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1 large Eggs
- 2 packet Stevia
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt (optional)*

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- In a small bowl, mix Decadent Double Chocolate Brownies, butter, and water.
- Scoop half of the brownie batter into each of the two prepared pans. Use a spatula to spread it evenly over the bottom, forming thin crusts. Pop them in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- While brownies are baking, whisk the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized bowl until combined. Then, divide the mixture evenly between both springform pans.
- Set your oven to 300*F then bake the cheesecake until it is golden on the edges. Centers should be almost set, which will take about 35 to 40 minutes. Let the cake cool before removing rims.
