  • 1 sachet OPTAVIA Essential Creamy Vanilla Shake
  • 8 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 8 oz Cashew Milk (optional)*
  • 1 large Eggs divided
  • 1/8 tsp Rum Extract
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg (optional)*



  1. Combine 1/2 cup of OPTAVIA Creamy Vanilla Shake, unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk (optional), and 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon rum extract depending on how strong of rum taste you desire. Add one egg yolk to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. In a stand mixer with a dough hook or in a medium-sized bowl with a hand mixer, whip egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
  3. Pour the blended combination over the top of the beaten egg white in a glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional).
